RETURNS
We aim to make your experience smooth and hassle-free. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to help.
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Must include original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
EXCHANGES
- Exchanges are allowed for wrong size or product selection
- Customers are responsible for both return and reshipping costs
- Exchange is processed only after the returned item is received and inspected
REFUNDS
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of approval or rejection
- If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Processing Time:
- Refund is initiated within 3–5 working days after approval
- Final credit timing depends on your bank or payment provider
SHIPPING (RETURNS)
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted
CANCELLATION
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement
- Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be canceled
